To register for the Belvidere North High School Pre-school program you must complete the three forms which can be found below. The information form must be completed to hold the space, while the physical and photography consent are needed before the first day of school.

Prior to sending in the forms please call or email to be added to the preschool list to ensure their is a space available for your child.  To secure a space you must submit the forms and registration fee of $30 check or cash (which will be applied to the $75 tuition) to:

Some other key items to remember before registering are:

• Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis unitl the maximum enrollment is reached.

• Children are expected to attend all days of preschool to obtain the full learning experience and for the high school students to complete their observations.
